Bess M. Collier is a Partner at Feldman & Feldman LLP. She has been a member of the firm since 2014.

Bess' practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, special needs trusts, guardianship and long term care planning.

Bess serves as the Chair of the Elder Law and Guardianship Committee of the Probate Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and is a volunteer attorney with the Support Center for Child Advocates.

Prior to joining the firm, Bess practiced civil rights and commercial litigation and she served as a staff attorney with the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She has a BA in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania (2000 Cum Laude). Bess received her JD (2003 Cum Laude) and LLM (2015) in Taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
