About Us
Since 1988, Feldman, Feldman & Collier has focused its practice on estate planning and elder law. The firm works with individuals and families as they plan for incapacity, long-term care, and the transfer of assets, and also advises fiduciaries and organizations carrying legal responsibility for others.
Much of our work involves situations where legal decisions intersect with personal circumstances. This includes trust and estate administration, guardianship matters, and planning for individuals with special needs.
Our Approach
The firm approaches planning and administration with an emphasis on clarity and informed decision-making. Legal options are explained in plain language, with attention to how documents and strategies function under Pennsylvania law.
Rather than focusing on transactions alone, the goal is to help clients understand their choices and move forward with confidence. Careful planning can reduce uncertainty, avoid unnecessary court involvement, and provide stability during periods of change.
